For this house in Boortmeerbeek, we realised a stylish patio cover that perfectly matches the existing architecture. The owner, who himself has a background in interior design, already provided us with an initial design that we were then allowed to develop. We supported our client with the technical elaboration and drew the plans for the municipal permit. Thanks to this step-by-step approach, the patio cover grew into a complete, enclosed outdoor space.
The challenge with this project was the seamless combination of aesthetics and technical feasibility. The design not only had to be visually correct, but also structurally perfect. Through close consultation with our client and our thoughtful technical drawing, we managed to create a harmonious whole.
Originally we installed only the canopy, but later fixed sloping walls and sliding glass walls were added for additional shelter and comfort. We eventually expanded the installation even further by adding two shutters, making the outdoor space completely lockable.
The canopy was perfectly matched to the architecture of the home.
We took care of the permit application and drawings so that everything could be applied for correctly.
We went from an initially open canopy to an enclosed space with sliding and fixed walls.
In a final stage, shutters were also added for ultimate privacy and enclosure of the canopy.
