I would like a free quote. What can I expect?
At Reflek, we offer a premium service, even before you place an order. Bespoke solutions call for detailed quotes, so we visit your home free of charge to take all the necessary measurements. Once we’ve done all the calculations, we send you a bespoke quote for your project which includes everything. There are no nasty surprises as the final price will never be more than our initial quote!
If it’s not possible to measure up but you’d still like to get an idea of the price, we can help with that too. Send us all the details and we will prepare an initial estimate for you. We will only quote you a final price after we’ve measured up.
How do you measure up my project?
Bespoke work has to be accurate, so we need to measure up your project. If we’re unable to measure up your home during our first visit for whatever reason, we’ll visit your home again at no extra cost to gather all the necessary details once you have placed your order. We always offer this service at no cost so that you have full peace of mind from start to finish. We make sure that the final result is completely right!
I have approved Reflek’s quote. What is the next step?
1. It all begins with a visit to professionally measure up. If we’re unable to get the measurements during our first visit for whatever reason, or if you came into our showroom, we’ll be pleased to visit you to gather further information.
2. We send you an advance invoice for 30% of the total invoice amount.
3. After you have paid the advance invoice, we send your order to the manufacturers.
4. We accompany your order from start to finish and inform you of the delivery date, which we use to establish the rest of the planning. Of course, you can count on us to keep you informed!
5. The big day has arrived. Our team of experienced fitters arrive to install your new products with the greatest of care. We test everything to make sure that it works perfectly so you can immediately use your new purchase.
6. We’re only happy when you’re happy. After everything has been installed, we will send you the final invoice. Our after-sales service will continue to be ready to help you long afterwards, whether you have a minor question or a major issue!
I’ve changed my mind. Can I change or cancel my order?
At Reflek, we understand that an order sometimes needs to be changed or cancelled for unexpected reasons. There’s good news. As long as your product hasn’t entered production, you may make changes to the order or cancel it by mutual agreement.
We will go through this all with you, as our main aim is your long-term satisfaction! At the end of the day, if you’re not completely happy with your product, it isn’t really a win for us – or for you.
How much do I have to pay in advance?
When you place an order with Reflek, we send your advance invoice after your project has been measured up. It is typically 30% of the total amount of your invoice. We only send you the final invoice, which is 70% of your invoice amount, after your product has been installed.
If you choose more than one solution for different homes or buildings, you can also split the invoice into 3 instalments. In that case, we ask for 30% payment in advance, an interim payment of 40%, and we send you a final invoice for the remaining 30%.
How do I return my products?
At Reflek, we provide bespoke solutions for your project. Unfortunately, this also means that it is not possible to return our products.
My product does not work as it should. What do I do now?
When you choose Reflek, you choose service, even after your products have been installed! If your product malfunctions or is defective, we will visit you at no extra cost for up to 5 years following the installation. The only exception to this rule is storm damage, careless use or self-inflicted damage (caused by yourself or others).
How does Reflek work behind the scenes?
Reflek is a true family-run firm that prioritises open and transparent communication. That means you can expect honest and accurate advice that is always tailored to your requirements.
Have you placed an order with Reflek? That’s good news as we’ll do everything necessary to successfully complete all projects, whether they're big or small! But we don’t stop there. You will benefit from our premium after-sales services for 5 years from your purchase and we are always available if you have any questions or concerns!
How can I be sure about the quality of my products?
