FAQs

At Reflek, we provide a premium service, even before you place your order. In order to create a bespoke solution, we need to prepare a detailed quote, so we visit your home free of charge to take all the required measurements. Once we’ve done the calculations, we send you a bespoke quote for your project which includes everything. This avoids any unpleasant surprises as the final price you pay will never be more than the amount we quoted!

If it’s not possible to measure up but you’d still like to get an idea of the price, leave it to us. Send us all the details and we will prepare an initial estimate for you. We will only quote you a final price after we’ve measured up.

Bespoke work has to be accurate, so we need to measure up your project. If we can’t measure up during our first visit, we’ll visit you again at no extra cost to gather all the necessary details once you have placed your order. We always offer this service at no cost so that you have full peace of mind from start to finish. We ensure that the end result is perfect!

1. Everything begins with the technical details and visiting you to measure up. If we can’t take measurements during our first visit, or if you came into our showroom, we’ll be pleased to visit you to get the required information.

2. We send you an advance invoice for 30% of the total invoice amount.

3. After you have paid the advance invoice, we send your order to the manufacturers.

4. We accompany your order from start to finish and let you know how long it will take. Once we know the actual delivery date, we take care of the planning. Rest assured that we will keep you informed every step of the way!

5. The big day has arrived. Our team of experienced fitters arrive to install your new products with the utmost care. We test everything to make sure that it works perfectly so you can immediately use your new purchase.

6. We’re only happy when you’re happy. After everything has been installed, we will send you the final invoice. Our after-sales service will continue to be ready to help you long afterwards, whether you have a minor question or a major issue!

At Reflek, we understand that unexpected things occur, and you might need to change or cancel your order. The good news is that you can change or completely cancel your order, provided your product hasn’t entered production. All you need to do is contact us.

We’re happy to look at solutions with you. Our main aim is your long-term satisfaction! Ultimately, if you’re not totally happy with your product, it is not good for you or for us.

When you place an order with Reflek, we send your advance invoice after your project has been measured up. This is typically 30% of the total amount of your invoice. We will only send you the final invoice, which is 70% of your invoice amount, after your product has been installed.

If you choose more than one solution for different homes or buildings, you can split the invoice into 3 instalments. In that case, we will ask for a payment of 30% in advance, then a payment of 40%, and we will send you a final invoice for the remaining 30%.

At Reflek, we provide bespoke solutions for your project. Unfortunately, this also means that it is not possible to return our products.

When you place an order with Reflek, you are choosing high-quality service, even after your products have been installed! If your product malfunctions or is defective, we will visit you at no extra cost for up to 5 years following installation. The only exception is storm damage, careless use or damage that has been caused by yourself or by others.

Have you placed an order with Reflek? That’s great as we do everything needed to complete all projects successfully, whether they're big or small! But we don’t stop there. You will benefit from our premium after-sales services for 5 years from your purchase and we are always available if you have any questions or concerns!
